Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Executive Assistant to work with our client located in Saskatoon, SK on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for an individual who is adaptable to changing priorities and managing tight deadlines with an ability to build strong relationships with the team. To be considered for this role, candidates must be a driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical skills. To be considered for the Senior Executive Assistant position, you must have 3-5 years of strong office experience and skills supporting an administrative/analytical capacity.
Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Planning, optimizing, and scheduling busy travel including weekly countrywide trips
- Coordinating with clients involving scheduling and adjusting meetings to optimize efficiency
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and priorities with the skills to provide contingency planning as necessary
- Providing complete client packages per each scheduled meeting ahead of time
- Coordinating with necessary team members to ensure accuracy of client packages and information
- Ensuring documents and information obtained from client meetings are accurate and distributed appropriately
- Excellent ability to optimize CEOs time by providing support as needed
- You will be working directly with the Head of Deal Logistics to ensure that contracts are prioritized appropriately
Senior Executive Assistant Qualifications:
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication both written and verbally
- Strong ability to prioritize needs and adjust tasks to ensure efficiency
- Must have previous experience with scheduling and providing support to a high functional individual
- University degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience supporting management
