Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
.
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Must be willing to do some area travelling.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
.
Qualifications:
Full understanding and knowledge of the tire and wheel industry in the Industrial, Agricultural and Off Road Sectors
.
Experience with Seradex (an asset)
.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
.
Adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure
.
Sound judgment and decision making ability
.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
.
Completion of high school; completion of post secondary.
