National Business Development and Sales Director/Manager

Sleepwell Solutions Inc. is located in Calgary and is comprised of a diverse professional group with talents developing IoT products.
MANAGING EXPECTATIONS: Lead, coach, and develop a highly capable sales team to ensure operational objectives are met or exceeded and that sales and distribution targets are flawlessly executed.
YOU WILL PARTICIPATE IN: key account relationships on a national level; focusing on the establishment and maintenance of the alliance accounts; assist in defining long-term strategic goals; build key customer relationships; identify business opportunities; negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current products and market conditions.
EXECUTION: develop and continually evaluate distribution plans and forecasts.
REPORTING: to the Directors of Sleepwell Solutions Inc. and responsible for successfully implementing sales initiatives, achieving revenue goals, and effectively recruiting, managing, training and coaching the sales team.
ASSIST BUILDING SUCCESS BY: Collaborating with members of Sleepwell Solutions Inc. and the Canada Sales Team to develop and execute programs sharing best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader to build a diverse organization to actively engage in business opportunities, proven solutions, insights in order to succeed and inspire this sales team through effective leadership. Plus, ensure the Sales Team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures.
Significant experience in IoT related to Smart Community, Smart City and Industrial sales
