The Development Assistant will demonstrate strong relationship management skills with basic accounting experience. This position shares responsibilities within the fund development team for participant and donor stewardship. They will be responsible for volunteer management and support for our signature and partner events, data base management, act as the point person for pledge, participant, and donor gift processing as well as office administration duties. Working within a team, some pre-determined evening and weekend work will be required as well as physical demands of special events. The successful incumbent will possess strong customer service and/or sales/retail experience and is required to complete a criminal background check as a condition of hire.
