LMNO is Saskatchewan's largest marketing consultancy and creative agency. We're looking for somebody remarkable to join our talented Client Services team. We need a flexible thinker who can juggle tasks, balance budgets, build strong relationships, think quickly, and keep multiple projects moving smoothly. This role requires deadline-defying multitasking and excellent team building, as well as the ability to direct and inspire other people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Work with the team to present work and proposals to clients
- Contribute to the development of communications plans and creative briefs
- Implementation of communications plans across a variety of advertising and digital marketing projects
- Monitoring and managing several high-volume projects simultaneously
- Managing project finances, including quoting, budgeting, billing, and maintaining team efficiency
- Reviewing materials to verify overall brand alignment within clients projects

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Marketing or similar field
- At least five years working in an agency environment with direct experience in client management and project management is preferred
- Demonstrated record of success in project management and strategy development
- Some knowledge of production techniques, timelines, and costs in traditional and digital media
- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs. Advantage software experience is an asset
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Super organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
