This position requires a fast pace and someone that is able to work unsupervised. Job duties include, washing dishes, food preparation, such as peeling, slicing and dicing vegetables, washing pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen. As well as any other tasks required by kitchen management. Open availability is a MUST, as days, evenings and weekends are required.
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
