Description

Position: Shuttle Driver PART TIME

Duties and Expectations  Shuttle Responsibilities

drop off and pick up customers in a safe and timely manner that represents the company

w/coordination from the SVC DEPT, open doors for the customer when able

if dispatched from the store, make sure the customer's vehicle is up front before you leave

send communication back to the store, when safe, via text message or hands free vehicle

bluetooth call to allow SVC ADVISORS to be ready to receive them

log all pickups and drop offs in the shuttle daily log sheet for tracking

Duties and Expectations  Store/Vehicle Maintenance

make sure shuttle vehicle and customer loaner cars are clean and fuelled up daily and

parked inside the shop at the end of your shift

make sure these is a vehicle parked in front of the sea cans for overnight

assist in the pick up and delivery of customer tires from the shop to the sea cans as

required daily

keep an eye on entrances and exits to make sure they are cleared of snow and ice for safe

entry for employees and clients

end of the shift used to clean floors, shop equipment and unplug all battery chargers before

locking and arming alarm for the evening, locking the gate behind you (when last to leave )

any down time to be used to assist the wash bay in the soaping, drying and

running/shuttling of vehicles in and out DAILY, not expected to work the pressure washer

and get wet

Duties and Expectations  General

come to work in appropriate work wear prepared for the duties as outlined above

be available via discussed communication ie cellular telephone or KARMA system

working completely and fully all shift, every shift, fulfilling what is required, to be prompt

in time and attendance

report any problems/issues to SVC manager or higher level staff immediately upon discovering
