The Opportunity
Our Moose Jaw, SK location is seeking Hydro Vac Laborers to join the team immediately on a full time permanent basis. These Technicians will assist our Hydro Vac Operators on a variety of customer sites to operate Hydrovac units in performing daylighting excavation activities associated with pipeline, construction, utility and oil terminal work.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe and professional manner at all times;
Assisting the Hydro Vac Operators in the safe operation of all units;
Completing tasks associated with daylighting excavation, trenching and shoring;
Ensuring the job site placement of the truck is safe, stable and secure;
Rigging equipment in and out;
Completing all required paperwork on a daily basis;
General clean-up and maintenance of units upon completion of the job.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Clean and valid class 5 drivers license;
Previous hydrovac experience preferred;
Previous industrial or oil field experience in a labor intensive role;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment;
Valid safety tickets preferred (i.e.: First Aid, Ground Disturbance, Confined Space, Fall Protection, H2S);
Ability and willingness to travel and to work on an on-call basis.
