Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers in China.
Keep in touch with Chinese customers even beyond work hours when necessary.
Manages the schedules of the executive leadership team by planning and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and travel arrangements
Conserves time for executives by handling phone calls, routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and creating professional presentations
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
Works independently under general direction with the ability to prioritize work and organize time in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Manages expense reporting and reconciliation through the companys expense management system
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
