Provides exceptional customer service to existing customers and our temporary workforce. Assists new applicants with the employment process, answers questions and qualifies potential temporary employees for eligibility to work.Processes payroll for temporary workers from a completed work ticket and ensures proper documentation before distribution of the check/voucher. Completes tasks such as follows-up with customers, assists in the collection of payments, development of customer relationships through high-volume telephone contact including resolving customer problems, collection of payments due, and price quoting within the assigned parameters.
