ESTI Consulting Services is looking for a dedicated professional interested in managing all phases of an IT project. Project Managers at ESTI will be able to build their own competencies, using industry best practices as a guideline, and increase their knowledge in the industry. This role will be involved with both Professional Service based projects and Hardware/Infrastructure based projects.

What will you do day-to-day?

As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning and initiation, project leadership, management, and analysis during the life of the project.

As a Project Manager at ESTI, you will:

Create and manage project plans
Schedule tasks and manage deliverables
Manage team resources (both client and ESTI)
Identify and manage risks during the project implementation
Perform change management for the project
Manage procurement activities
Work with the sales, design and implementation teams
Provide support for team members during projects
Manage and utilize applicable methodologies
Create and maintain supporting documentation
Manage costs and budgets associated with each project
Manage changes to project and scope
Create and maintain the roles and responsibility matrix
Obtain milestone sign off from client
Perform tasks to bring the project to closure
Understand the business of the client and where the project fits into the overall objectives of the client

ESTI is looking for a project manager with a background in IT, and a interest in technology and innovation.
Education: Four year degree, or two year diploma in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of IT industry experience, 2-3 years of customer service related experience.
Familiarity with project management tools is required. PMP designation will be considered an asset.
