Transwest Air is currently looking for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join its Maintenance team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This position is responsible for completing the day-to-day aircraft maintenance assignments as provided by the Base Engineer/Production Manager. All work to be completed in accordance with Transport Canada and Transwest Air Standards.

This position completes daily aircraft maintenance on a diverse fleet of Transwest Air and customer aircraft. YOU will succeed in the AME position if you possess:

Solid experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer coupled with a passion for safety
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong observational, decision-making and time management skills
Possess M1 or M2 Transport Canada AME License
Previous experience working on King Air 200, Beech 1900, and/or SAAB aircrafts would be an asset
High School Diploma
Self-motivated
The flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Most job assignments are performed while standing
Able to work in both hot and cold environments
