Description

This is a very demanding job, that will require a lot of training. We are seeking a PERMANENT employee, with EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC. Attendance and punctuality are vital attributes for all employees. Experience is not necessary, but good work ethic IS!

Some of the duties that will be required of you, are as follows:
-    Ordering Vehicles, Creating Files and Tags, Entering New Inventory
-    Controlling Used & Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Inventory (VIN searches, Car Proof, SGI records, Appraisal Forms, Window Stickers)
-    Certifying Pre-Owned Inventory and gathering all documents for files.
-    Work with Parts Department ordering accessories for stock vehicles.
-     Managing Rental Inventory: Charting KMs, Fuel levels, Organizing Pick-ups and proper documentation.
-    Customer Follow Up after sales.
-    Activating SIRIUS XM radio.
-    Ensuring inventory warm up during the winter months.
-    Updating Inventory Chart as needed.
-    Assist Marketing Manager with social media posts, creating graphic ads and event planning, execution and clean up.
-    Develop mail out and email material, generate customer lists and send out.
-    Brainstorm and develop marketing strategies for the Group of Companies.
-    Keep inventory and manage promotional items, staff workwear and marketing materials/brochures.
-    Video production for you tube channels and multiple social media sites.
-    Monitoring customer satisfaction and follow up.
-    Phoning customers to confirm appointments, schedule appointments and offer certain coverages.
-    Maintaining customer data base through our CRM, updating customer addresses, phone numbers, email addresses etc.
-    Accepting Sponsorship requests, summarizing, submitting for approval and managing them.
-    Help plan and participate in promotional activities, events and trade shows for all DGoC.
-    Plan and organize all Drive 4U fundraising events.
-    Quarterly internal newsletter.
-    Other related duties as assigned.
