24 HR Animal Care Centre is currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to commence immediately. As an AAHA accredited practice, we provide high-quality care to all of our patients and are looking for individuals who can help us do just that. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the drive to succeed. To join our team the applicant must be friendly, personable, reliable, punctual, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Our Receptionists play a vital role in our practice and are responsible for greeting clients and addressing their needs, booking appointments, invoicing, ensuring all documentation and consent forms are completed, and much more. There are many opportunities for advancement within our hospital.
Being a 24 hour clinic, shift work is a mandatory component of our business. As such, the candidate will need to be flexible and open with their availability as the shifts will fall during days, evenings, and weekends. The shifts are generally 12 hours and may vary anywhere from 7am to midnight, on a rotational basis (no overnight shifts).
