Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for a Leasing Consultant!  If you have experience working in leasing or have extensive customer service experience then this is the job for you!  


A Leasing Consultant is an energetic individual with excellent salesmanship and a track record of providing outstanding customer service. Someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and welcomes change.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments to view the community.
Presenting the available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion.
Represent the company in a professional manner.
Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy.
Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program.

Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in sales or industry-related field
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


*** This position is also eligible for quarterly bonus incentives and a healthy benefit package.  Weidner also offers our employee's a 30% discount on rental housing.
