Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for co-designing initiatives and interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness. These activities include building capacity for leadership development, change management, and team effectiveness. The role works collaboratively with colleagues within human resources and with the deans, associate deans of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic schools to ensure alignment of the strategic and operational priorities.
Qualifications:
This position requires a post-secondary degree in human resources management, leadership, and adult education or in a closely-related discipline. Significant experience in organization development/effectiveness, facilitation, coaching, training and development, including the use of web-based learning management tools. A Masters Degree in leadership or organizational development, CHRP, CTDP or ICF designation is an asset.
