Ability to demonstrate knowledge in addiction(s) and their effects on the family. Knowledge of Best practices in addiction field and harm reduction strategies. Administration and Office activities. Experience in supervision of programs and staff responsibilities. Strong writing and communications skills. Ability to provide in-service training/facilitate staff meetings/client centered approaches to achieving outcomes. Pre-pare program reports. Effective and efficient administration and day to day operations. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to create strategic plan/logic models for program. Establishing and Monitoring program benefits. Ability to read and interpret information management systems. Assist the director in the implementation and development of treatment philosophy, objectives and treatment plan. Minimum of two(2) years sobriety/abstainer and evidence of healthy lifestyle
Qualifications: Must have a diploma in Chemical Dependency studies. Knowledge of First Nations cultural values and traditions would be an asset General knowledge of Federal and Provincial Justice systems. Must have a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License. Ability to speak an official language of the Prince Albert Grand Council (Cree, Dene, Dakota) would be an asset. Must undergo a Federal Criminal Record Search, the results of which may influence the decision to employ.
