LMNO is Saskatchewan's largest marketing consultancy and creative agency. Were looking for somebody remarkable to join our Business Development team.
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Demonstrate experience in developing and retaining new business.
Lead projects for smooth, efficient operation of new business efforts.
Communicate effectively between the agency and prospects.
Actively listen and seek to understand client's needs and include appropriate agency personnel.
Keep in contact with prospects and use CRM software to maintain detailed records of all contact with each prospect.
Work with the Business Development Coordinator to schedule all prospecting communication.
Keep thorough records on all prospects so others can handle new business development responsibilities in your absence.
Build contacts with select industry trade publications and organizations, business and civic groups.
Maintain Prospect Profiles for Strategy Directors review and approval; add to prospect list with approved leads gained from business contacts, networking, etc.
In conjunction with the Business Development Coordinator, research and construct reports on selected prospects/industries/products for use in sales efforts with prospects.
Add input to marketing plans/proposals when prospect is elevated to account status; share all available research and industry information for this purpose.
