CLERK I, PHARMACY
Part-Time (24 hours or more per week)

In collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager, the Clerk will:
Provide good, efficient, and courteous customer service
Handle complaints and errors of a minor nature and refer more serious complaints to the appropriate personnel
Report out-of-stock items and any special customer requests for merchandise to the Pharmacy Manager
Perform daily housekeeping duties as time permits
Assist in general stock duties in the Pharmacy Department when not cashiering
Become familiar with and adhere to the Credit and Cheque Cashing Policy of the Co-op
Operate a cash register as required in order to provide prompt, professional, accurate, efficient, and friendly service to customers

QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous cashiering experience an asset
