Requirements:

Experience in a similar position
Creativity to create new daily menu items
Culinary experience
Excellent customer service skills + the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
Ability to make specialty coffees and beverages and make recommendations to customers
Ability to create soup, salads, sandwiches and baked goods from scratch.
Ability to work as part of a team
Helping out with events in the other buildings - set up/tear downs, ect. if needed
Event duties/tasks required by The Glen Director
Responsible for scheduling staff in Cafe.
Must be able to work the odd evening or weekend and special events
Serve It Right Certificate
Valid Drivers Licence + vehicle
