Working as the Planning and Dispatch Representative I - 24/7, you will receive and coordinate emergency response customer calls. You will respond to natural gas service inquiries and requests and coordinate service call scheduling for planned or emergency maintenance for a provincial workforce. The position may also receive and coordinate line locate requests on behalf of Sask 1st Call.
Qualifications
Education:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Keyboard proficiency of 35 w.p.m.
Experience:
One (1) year experience in an office and/or customer service environment utilizing computer based software in a windows environment.
Experience in handling emergency situations would be considered an asset
Additional Information
The ability to work 24/7, on shifts of up to 12 hours plus are a requirement for this position.
Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
