JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform various administrative duties, including:
- Handle calls and emails from owners and condo boards
- Attend board meetings as required
- Work alongside subcontractors for project preparation and completion
- Property Inspections
- Manage maintenance personnel and their daily/weekly tasks
Ensure professional and friendly interactions with colleagues and customers through email, phone, and in person.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A professional and mature approach to customer service is a must. Organizational and multitasking skills, and an enthusiasm to learn and grow in your career.
