Description

Saskatchewan Health Authority in partnership with the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine and Saskatchewan Cancer Agency seeks applications for a Gynecological Oncologist. The physician will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe patient centered care. Clinical service includes: new patient visits/consults and the appropriate medical/surgical care, associated follow-up visits and ongoing monitoring. The Gynecological Oncologist undertakes colposcopic procedures and the associate treatment procedures resulting from colposcopy procedures for the early detection/prevention of cancer. The successful applicant will have appointments with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, Cancer Agency and the University of Saskatchewan and will participate in the educational activities and teaching of the Division with medical students and residents as well as the ability to have protected time dedicated to clinical practice and research.

Interested applicants must hold their MD, be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan and be certified in Gynecological Oncology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
