You are a data expert, you thrive on analytics and can nurture and grow a team of like-minded individuals. Your friends may call you the guru of data but you also know how to break things down and make those analytics sparkle for those who may not follow your same passion.
As a leader in innovation, Conexus already has great pockets of data analytics in place. One of your first challenges will be to uncover each piece and put together a team to manage and develop a system that is simple enough for everyone to use, while providing valuable, relevant information. In this position, youll hit the ground running developing a roadmap for your team and deliver on a corporate scorecard.

You are an experienced leader who can recruit, develop and empower a team of data scientists, architects and analysts. While you speak the language of data and analytics, you thrive on building relationships with others in the organization who rely on your team for analytics that will help improve our members financial well-being.
A few other details you should know. A Bachelors degree or equivalent in statistics, math, computer science, economics, information studies or similar field is a must. Youll also need to be up-to-speed in your know-how to coach data analysts, scientists and architects, have experience with Hadoop and unstructured data, and implementing machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics models.
