The Human Resources Department is seeking someone to fill a part-time (30 hours per week) position as an Human Resources Administrator. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience with strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a diploma in Human Resources Management or Payroll, have experience with computerized payroll preparation, labor standards and statutory filing requirements proficient with MS Office and HRIS, and able to manage confidential information. Primary duties are processing and maintaining payroll and benefit records for employees, analyze and reconcile the payrolls & year end processing T4s, and reconciliation of benefits billing to payroll records. Other duties will include the administration of employee programs and support to the Human Resources department.
