The locally based professional will participate in mechanical engineering activities with the objective of meeting the projects scope of work and ensuring client satisfaction by establishing a privileged relationship. He or she will also be attentive to the needs of clients and will participate in the proposal process to offer GCMs services.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
Member of APEGS
Min 10 years of experience in the following fields: heavy industry, refinery, oil & gas, potash, mining and steel
Good knowledge of pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks and rotating equipment
On-site experience in data gathering and construction support
Excellent knowledge of the Saskatchewan industry
Description of qualifications
Autonomy in decision making and multidisciplinary vision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant experience with consulting engineering firms in various project phases
Good knowledge of the ASME Codes and TSASK requirements
Natural leadership abilities
Basic understanding of French will be considered an asset
