Our reputable client has an excellent opportunity for a qualified Executive Assistant in their downtown office.
You will provide support in a number of areas:
Executive Administration
- Word processing, proposal writing, PowerPoint presentations.
- Spreadsheets.
- Travel arrangements book flights, hotel accommodation, track travel membership/points/perks.
- Database management/entry and updates.
- Volunteer committees administration & special projects.
- Data entry, expense statements.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or degree is an asset.
- 5 + years of Executive Assistant experience.
Computer:
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (calendar), iPad familiarity is an asset.
Personality / Desired attributes:
- Energetic, professional and experienced.
- A fast learner, strong in decision making and multitasking.
- Can handle extremely professional work setting with high standards of excellence.
- Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot when issues arise.
- Capable of carrying out extremely confidential work.
