Express Employment Professionals is a full service staffing & recruiting agency and we are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator for a position just East of Regina and preference would be given to individuals residing in that area. This position is ideal for someone that is self-motivated, can work well under pressure and unsupervised, demonstrates leadership qualities and looking for a long term opportunity.
Some responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting clients and customers, using Excel spreadsheets for entering expense reports, use of PowerPoint and Word, and have the capabilities to supervise a small office. As this individual will work very closely with the owner, they must be able to step up and manage the office in the owners absence. Reliability and dependability are extremely important as is being professional, personable and courteous.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education with at least some post-secondary education
Previous Administration & some Accounting experience is a must
Proficient working with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Oversee the office in the owners absence supervising a small team
Able to handle a 4-line telephone system
This is a long term opportunity for the right individual on a temp-perm basis. Salary would be dependent on experience.
