The Community Intervention Advocate will be responsible for:
Providing support/counselling and referrals to individual/groups who require assistance and/or access to community resources and services
Planning and coordinating Life Skills/Employment Preparation programs and services
Identifying community agencies and establishing positive relationships
Participating in community meetings and promoting LNFC programs and services through presentations and information dissemination
Compiling data and documents for the presentation of narrative and financial reports to meet requirements of funding agreements
Planning and organizing Indigenous cultural awareness workshops and special events for program participants and community service organizations
Requirments:
-Vehicle/Valid Driver's License
