-help to create and update the promotional and registration materials for teachers
-respond to all registrations and email queries from teachers within 1-2 business days
-help to implement the Outreach Program for eligible classes
-take and track payments from teachers and schools
-make and distribute packages for teachers
-be the point of contact for teachers on the Festival site
-coordinate the pick up and drop off of school buses on the Festival site
-provide Festival information to the local Community Associations
Experience with Arts Education preferred. Strong familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets) is an asset.
