Description

Work closely with the Homelessness Partnering Strategy team at the YMCA, Regina Homelessness Community Advisory Board, and various community partners, to facilitate the 2018 National Point In Time Count of Homelessness in Regina.
Duties include:
Review of best practices from past counts.
Recruitment and coordination of key stakeholders such as shelters, service organizations,     and volunteers.
Develop media strategy.
Develop a magnet event' plan.
Develop 'day of' Point In Time count plan.
Oversee the 2018 National Point In Time Count in Regina.      
Data entry and submission.
Prepare, create, and disseminate final report.

Other Tasks:
Work with the HPS team to ensure excellence in the delivery of the Federal Governments Homelessness Partnering Strategy funds for Regina and Rural Saskatchewan.
Participation in YMCA community opportunities as they arise.
Travel and Education opportunities as they arise.
