Administrative Assistant
North Prairie Developments is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides efficient and effective administrative support to various departments, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

Main Duties
Greets all clients and visitors to the office; answers incoming calls
Provides administrative support to departments including research, drafting correspondence, completing reports, updating spreadsheets
Provides confidential support to senior management
Acts as main point of contact for any computer-related issues; able to troubleshoot various computer software issues
Assists in planning of various events from employee functions, client and vendor meetings, to grand openings, trade shows, etc.
Arranges travel as required
Coordinates with outside contractors and consultants as requested.
Maintains all office equipment and supplies
Assists in design of various publications for internal and external audiences

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a Business Administration Certificate and two years of related work experience. Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Design Suite, and the ability to trouble-shoot software issues is required. The candidate must be well organized, professional in appearance and be a self-motivated, client-focused team member.
