The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Service Manager for its Audi Saskatoon dealership. We are looking for a person who is a leader, excels at team building as well as customer service, someone who enjoys and thrives on a challenge and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.
As the successful applicant you will:

In this exciting role, you will:
- Create goals and objectives for the team based on forecasts
- Monitor financial statements
- Come up with action plans to increase business
- Ensure that the department meets all customer satisfaction and financial goals
- Organize and facilitate training
- Ensure manufacturer training courses are completed by employees
- Ensure warranty claims are processed and forwarded to the manufacturer
- Ensure all OH&S regulations are being followed
- Open and close work orders
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
- Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate; and approximate time when vehicles work will be completed
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
- Review work performed, answer any questions and explain charges and coverage
