Reporting to the Executive Chef and Manager, this management position coordinates the activities of Choices, the nationally acclaimed dining establishment on campus that services the dining needs of students, faculty and staff of St. Thomas More College and the University of Saskatchewan.  The position is involved in personnel supervision, planning, organization and production in all aspects of the day-to-day kitchen and food services operation.  The Chef contributes to budgets, strategic planning and represents the Executive Chef and Manager accepting full responsibility for Choices in his or her absence.
