Did you just answer yes to the questions above? Then you're exactly who we're looking for to join our team as a permanent, full-time Adjuster 1 in our Auto Claims department in Kindersley.
As an Adjuster you will set up claim files and determine the cause of loss and degree of fault for all parties. You will also be the heart and soul of our customer promise spending a lot of time with your customers taking initial loss reports, interviewing and taking statements, and explaining coverages, benefits, breaches of condition and exclusions. All of this is done with a focus on ensuring claims are investigated and settled with a caring and consistent approach.
We're counting on you to bring a unique combination of knowledge and skills to this role. We are looking for candidates who have completed at least one Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) course. If you haven't already completed one CIP course, you must enroll before the end of the probation term.
