Coordinate Circle gatherings and activities (book venue, order food, etc.)
Communicate and meet with the coordination group to plan and debrief
Record and distribute detailed notes of circles and meetings
Ensure any follow-up is completed
Report to MCoS Education Coordinator, Regina Circle Group Committee and to the Regional Office in Edmonton Alberta with the John Humphrey Centre for
Peace and Human Rights
Collect information necessary for reporting
Collect and compile narrative reports and provide reflections per reporting requirements
Include photos, videos and anecdotes for use by all partners and funders
Ensure that all those pictured have submitted signed release form
Include any media coverage
Include original budget for the event and actual spending and revenue, including original receipts to be delivered to Coordination Group
Update the Circles social media and website as advised by Coordination Group
Seek opportunities for future funding and proposal writing
Skills/Experience/
Familiarity with the Indigenous and multicultural communities, the issues they face, and benefits of diversity
Ability to travel in and around Regina
Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
Interpersonal and relationship building skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Experience updating websites and communicating through social media
Independent worker. Strong team member
Able to attend gatherings and events on evenings and weekends
