The main responsibilities of employees of this classification are to provide in-home support services to a limited number of families with children 2-5 years of age (Families First) and birth-15 (Intensive Family Support Program) to conduct group programs and to provide assistance to families that will build on their strengths, enhance parent child attachment and nurture day to day stability of the family.
