Description

Local safety consulting company is seeking a part time safety administrator to join the team. Hours are flexible and can work around your schedule.

Candidate must:
-    Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
-    Proficient with Computers
-    Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize
-    Excellent Attention to Detail
-    Possess a Valid Drivers License
-    Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
-    Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative

Job Duties Include:
-    Scheduling Meetings, Conference Calls, Events, Training, etc.
-    Completing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Statistical Reporting
-    Managing ISN, ComplyWorks, Avetta and other Pre-qualification databases
-    Coordinate, Prepare, Edit and/or Proofread Documents
-    Creating Work Procedures and Hazard Assessments
-    Maintaining SDS Inventory
-    Maintaining Preventative Maintenance Schedules and Documentation
-    Assisting in COR and SECOR Audits
-    Assisting in WCB Claims Management
- Conducting Safety Meetings and Worksite Inspections
