Using your ability to bring staff together towards a common vision, youll oversee and monitor claims activities, provide direction to frontline employees on complex claims and ensure that claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures and customer service targets.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity after all, were counting on you. Were looking for candidates who have a business or commerce degree and a Chartered Insurance Professional Designation. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a field related to claims adjusting with evidence of continuing professional development. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
