Education
Successful completion of Grade 12 or GED or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Post secondary education in a related field would be an asset.

Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in the Live Games department, including supervision and/or training live games personnel.

Main Duties
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this position optimizes net income through customer service excellence, provides guests with exciting entertainment, and builds strong relationships internally and externally (Miyo-wichetowin), by providing overall management and oversight of the Live Games Department.
