The Lloydminster Interval Home Society is currently seeking a permanent casual Program Facilitator at the Lloydminster Community Youth Centre (LCYC).  Reporting to the LCYC Program Manager, the Program Facilitator will be confident, energetic, and possess a passion for supporting youth in our community.

The successful candidate will provide positive role modeling and support to all youth attending LCYC.  Experience in working with youth, having a thorough understanding of current youth related issues, and the ability to develop professional and meaningful relationships with youth is essential.  The Program Facilitator is responsible for planning and facilitating weekly recreational activities and programs either at the centre and/or within the community.

This enthusiastic, professional individual works well in a team environment and has good communication skills.  Post-secondary education in Child and Youth Care or other Human Services related fields is considered an asset.    A valid drivers license and a clean driving record is mandatory, along with a minimum of 3 years driving and insurable history.
