The Ministry of Justice is seeking a confident and positive role model to be the Assistant Deputy Director of Programs at Whitespruce Provincial Training Centre near Yorkton. The position is a permanent full time opportunity.



As Assistant Deputy Director of Programs and one of the key members of the Correction Divisions management team, the successful candidate will provide leadership and direction with respect to human resources, program development and delivery, and security management. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations the successful candidate, will plan, develop, implement and evaluate programs, policies, procedures and other matters impacting the Centre's operations related to offender programs, integrated case management and custodial issues. You will maintain and ensure community services with approved sponsors are undertaken and will establish on-going community based services, employment, and rapport with stakeholders.
