Description

The Client Services Assistant provides client service, application processing, and accurate client record keeping, while working with our financial advisors and support teams.

As a Client Services Assistant, your direct responsibilities Are:
- Schedule appointments, organize file preparation and complete forms
- Handle all service related inquiries from new application to death claims
- Track all client audits, 10%, birthdays, anniversaries, and maintain flow for semi-annual/annual reviews
- Coordinate with fund companies, dealers, and insurance supplies relating to investment customer service
- Updating filing as well as our customer relationship management program
- Processing and following through for all investment transactions

As a Client Services Assistant we require that you have:
- Recognized Business College Diploma
- Post-secondary certificate in Business and Human Resource management
- LLQP certification and Life A & S License
- Minimum 5 years related experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum 5 years working within a team in a leadership role
