JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform various administrative duties, including:
- Handle calls and emails from owners and condo boards
- Attend board meetings as required
- Perform showings, move-ins/move-outs with tenants
- Work alongside subcontractors for project preparation and completion
- Property Inspections
- Manage maintenance personnel and their daily/weekly tasks
This opportunity will start as a part time job (approx 15-20hrs per week). With a little growth, this can easily develop into a full time salary position!
QUALIFICATIONS:
A professional and mature approach to customer service is a must. Organizational and multitasking skills, and an enthusiasm to learn and grow in your career.
