Job Responsibilities
Parts Advisor will be responsible maintain an orderly workplace.
Meeting budgets for the parts department sales forecasts.
Work with the service department, and wholesale accounts to ensure inventory is available when needed.
Create competitive pricing and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Determine appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover.
Tracking of daily lost sales to ensure we are stocking the right parts and the right times.
Ensure that parts are appropriately.
Review sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
Cycle Counts and inventory counts to ensure a clean and proper inventory.
Job Requirements
As a senior parts advisor finishing the provided onsite University training you will be expected to be aware of the all the process needed to ensure your parts department meets the determined requirements.
We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Senior Automotive Parts Advisor:
1 year of experience
Automotive experience an asset but will consider other similar work environments.
Must have computer proficiency
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Valid driver's license
Must be willing to submit to a driving record.
