Key responsibilities of a Shoppers Drug Mart
Front Store Supervisor include:
Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising;
ensure all loss prevention programs are implemented to standard;
ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all guidelines;
ensures standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school education;
customer service oriented;
computer literate;
organized;
independent thinking;
problem solving skills.
WORK HOURS:
Flex schedule - some weekends and evenings 2 to 3 shifts per week. Open availability preferred.
