Responsibilities:
Prepare work orders, quotes, etc.
Ensure change orders are properly documented and accounted for
High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
Time card collection and review
Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc.
Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
Work closely with the Superintendents
Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
Invoicing Customers for completed work


Skills/Qualifications:
Previous Administration experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal essential
Pay strong attention to detail
Effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Form and maintain customer relations, in person, through email and over the phone
Multitask, organize with the ability to prioritize, and perform in a deadline oriented environment
Reliable
Analyze problems and have problem solving skills
Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
Work in a fast paced environment
Display strong knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office)
