Description

A by-election is coming for the constituency of Kindersley early in 2018, and Elections Saskatchewan is looking for office workers for the Returning Office located in Kerrobert.

Administrative Assistant:
* Front office receptionist, answers phones and greets visitors or voters;
* Acts as the Poll Clerk for absentee voting in the absence of either the Returning Officer or Election Clerk;
* Duties as assigned, training schedules, organizing election supplies for distribution and return.
* Full-time or Job share.
* Good people skills and word processing skills.

Office Coordinator:
* Liaison with head office Finance & Payroll and IT teams;
* Financial duties, tracking of invoices, purchase card transactions and agreements;
* Enters and reconciles payroll information;
* Provides assistance to returning office staff in using technology.
* Flexible hours to meet the needs of the office.
* Proficient in Word and Excel, with basic computer trouble shooting skills.

Messengers:
* Delivering of election supplies as required.
* Flexible in responding to the Office needs for delivery/pickup, sometimes on short notice.
* Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
