Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Desktop Analyst in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Desktop Analyst role, you must have TIER II Support experience, be able to find solutions for client issues related to iOS and Microsoft Operating System, and be able to troubleshoot standard issues. Our client offers a friendly work environment and is with around 1200 employees one of the largest, well-known companies in town.  

Desktop Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support User with daily problems
- Support Microsoft 7 Environment, Virus Scan, and iOS Hardware
- Experience and contribution to the client Desktop Refresh Programs

Desktop Analyst Qualifications:
- more than three years recent and practical IT experience
- Knowledge with Microsoft 7, Lotus Notes, Bitlocker and other related applications
- Experience with Data Back-Up strategies and using Microsoft SCCM
-- North American job experience and previous experience in a utility or engineering industry
