Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual is looking for a dynamic, guest service focused individual with a career in mind as a Manager for our Mr. Mikes Regina Eastgate location. Develop your career with one of Canada's fastest growing casual restaurant chains.

The Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the Mr. Mikes dining room under the direction of the General Manager. This includes conducting the affairs of business in regards to the dining room, attending to guests needs, the staffing and scheduling of front of the house staff and the on-going training, supervision and development of the dining room staff.

-Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest focused service
-Managing a Profit & Loss statement, including controlling the Cost of Sales and Labour
-Responsible for making all Mr. Mikes initiatives happen in the store
-Managing team member relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition
-Promoting a work environment that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust

-Minimum 2 years management experience working in a high volume casual dining restaurant
-Amazing guest focus, passion for Leadership, Teamwork and Culinary Service Standards
-Have the highest guest focus and culinary standards for food quality, freshness, and team building
-Desire to gain Service Leadership, Culinary Operations and Business Experience
-Willingness to learn in a high volume, Casual Dining setting
-Enjoy being "hands-on" and providing great hospitality is your focus
-Excellent communication and organizational skills essential
-Demonstrated ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
-Are a high energy, positive leader of people!
